The primary objective of EMH is to provide an accelerated capital growth to its shareholders through aggressively growing the revenue base of its Africa based subsidiaries. The basic concept is to continuously take advantage of the

substantial demand for commodities across the markets we operate in with a focus on petroleum products, agro chemicals, Industrial and mining chemicals, FMCGs and utilise the expertise of the EM Executives who have a deep knowledge of the African market at large and to mobilise capital to finance trading in these sectors.

At EM, we view the African market as the future of Emerging Markets rather than as developing markets. It is on this basis that we deem our focus on the African markets as a focus on Emerging Markets. The EM name is derived from that focus.
